Special conditions:
Category C firearms are subject to restrictions. The buyer MUST present their identity card, a valid hunting licence or shooting licence, and proof of registration with the SIA (digital police register) by providing us with a copy of the document confirming the creation of their SIA number. These documents must be submitted prior to the sale so that the buyer can validly place bids. Foreign nationals who do not have these documents must be represented by a French gunsmith for the purchase. Category C firearms will only be issued following a check against the FINIADA register (National Register of Persons Prohibited from Acquiring and Possessing Firearms) and by appointment. If the purchaser of a Category C firearm is listed in the FINIADA register, the sale will automatically be deemed void.
