Payment terms:
The voluntary sale will be conducted exclusively on a cash basis in euros. In addition to the hammer price, purchasers shall pay 28 per cent inclusive of VAT for books (i.e. 26.55 per cent exclusive of VAT + 5.5 per cent VAT). The highest bidder and last bidder shall be the successful bidder. In the event of a tied bid recognised as valid by the Auction House, its auctioneer or the judicial auctioneer, the lot shall be put up for sale again, with all bidders present being entitled to bid in this second round of bidding. The catalogue order will be followed. The dimensions and number of items indicated are given for information only.
