- Purchases made on live auction platforms can only be delivered after the end of the auction and the necessary tallying at the end of the sale. We therefore strongly recommend that you collect your lots from the Tuesday following the sale. - Storage of purchased lots is free of charge until 40 days after the auction. After this period, you will be charged €5 excluding VAT per day.

However, if direct debit does not work, you will receive a secure payment link. 2 - For buyers in the auction room, by firm order or telephone order: We accept various methods of payment, subject to certain conditions. - Bank transfer: The preferred method of payment! Our bank details are shown at the bottom left of the invoice. Transfer fees, if any, are payable by the purchaser. - Credit card: Only if you are physically present at the auction house. Payments by distance selling are no longer accepted as they are not secure. - Cash : Up to €1,000 for individuals and professionals domiciled for tax purposes in France and for professionals domiciled for tax purposes abroad. Internet fees: 1% excluding VAT of the hammer price for judicial sales, 3% excluding VAT for voluntary sales or €40 excluding VAT per vehicle. No additional fees will be applied on charity auction lots.

Adjudication: As the Live auction report is not binding, the winning bids are confirmed after the sale by the auctioneer.
