Sale charges
In addition to the hammer price for each lot, buyers shall pay the following charges:
- Auction house commission: 30% (including VAT)
No additional fees will be charged for lots sold via Live Auction platforms.
Terms and conditions of sale and delivery
Category ‘B’ weapons sold by NOMINATION are delivered subject to the presentation of the following documents:
- a copy of an identity card or passport
- a SIA number
- a firearms licence
Category ‘C’ weapons sold by designation are subject to declaration; bidders must provide the following in order to collect their lots:
-A valid licence from the French Shooting Federation.
-A valid hunting licence and its current validation.
-A licence from the French Clay Pigeon Shooting Federation.
Your SIA number (we require a copy of your national identity card, your current address, your telephone number and your email address).
Category “D” firearms are available for sale to adults only.
For professional buyers, a valid copy of the licence to trade in Category “B” or “C” firearms will be required, depending on the classification of the lots, along with their SIA number.
A check against the national FINADIA database will be carried out. If the bidder is listed in this register, the sale will be cancelled without the right to appeal.
Category B and C firearms will be available within 15 days at 10 rue du Pré Contal, 54300 Lunéville, to allow our gunsmith to record the SIA details.
If you are the successful bidder, you will be invoiced for the amount of the bid(s), including legal fees (30% incl. VAT) and a €48 incl. VAT SIA registration fee
Delivery:
All Category B & C firearms will be sent by post by our gunsmith at a cost of €35 (incl. VAT) per firearm
