Auction fees :
25.2% incl. VAT (additional fees apply for bids placed via live platforms: +1.8% incl. VAT, i.e. 27% incl. VAT).
Payment : To be made within 10 days of the sale. Failure to do so will result in immediate registration of the successful bidder in the payment incident file. Payment possible via payment link / Interenchères / bank transfer. At the auction house, payment can be made by credit card or in cash (only if a deposit is provided and for consignments of less than €1,000).
Withdrawal of lots:
- Collection is by appointment ONLY and is possible from Tuesday to Friday between 10.30 am and 5.30 pm and on Saturdays between 10.30 am and 1 pm, unless the auction is closed for exceptional reasons. No prize can be delivered without a prior appointment. Bidders present in the auction room may collect their lots on the day of the sale.
- Please note that lots not collected within 15 days of the sale will be subject to a daily storage fee of €6 (incl. VAT). After this period, lots may only be collected once the storage fee has been paid.
- For withdrawals made by a third party, a power of attorney must be sent to us by e-mail stating the full name of the person responsible for the withdrawal. The person in charge of the collection must come to the store, by appointment only, with their identity card and your slip (printed or by telephone). The same applies to withdrawals via Cocolis.
