AFTER-SALES SERVICE All lots purchased will be sent to the warehouse, with the exception of jewellery, which must be collected by appointment from the auction house. The Drouot collection service is open by appointment; please contact them on 01 48 00 20 18. The Drouot collection service is open Monday to Friday from 1.30 pm to 6 pm, as well as on certain Saturdays. There is a charge for this service; full details can be found at www.drouot.com/magasinage Please note that: · Lots are released by the Drouot collection service once all amounts due have been paid in full, upon presentation of the paid receipt and/or the sales label. · Any item or lot not collected within one year of its arrival at the Magasinage service will be deemed abandoned, and ownership will be transferred to Drouot Enchère as security to cover storage costs. Collection of lots and storage at the Hôtel Drouot. VILLANFRAY POMMERY will not arrange for the dispatch of items purchased by clients. It is the clients’ responsibility to make their own arrangements for the collection of their purchase(s). No purchase will be released until full payment of the invoice has been received. Lots may be collected free of charge from the auction room until 7.00 pm on the evening of the sale and between 8.00 am and 10.00 am the following day.
