Payment terms:
PAYMENT Payment may be made: • in cash: up to €1,000 for French nationals and professionals; up to €15,000 for foreign nationals acting in a non-professional capacity, subject to proof of their tax residence outside France. • by credit or debit card, either in the auction room or online via the firm’s website; • bank transfer to the ‘seller’s’ account, the bank details for which are available on the Auction House’s website (under the ‘Payment’ tab) and are sent to you as an attachment when the auction receipt is dispatched. The Auction House does not accept cheques. In the event of a successful bid via the Interencheres platform, the successful bidder authorises the Auction House to debit the exact amount due, which may not exceed €1,000. Should the total amount due exceed €1,000, the successful bidder will be asked to pay the balance themselves online via the Auction House’s website by bank transfer or by credit/debit card, provided the card is compatible with the 3D Secure system. In the event of a successful bid via the Drouotlive or Drouotonline platform, the successful bidder authorises the Auction House to deduct the amount due from the security deposit required of them in order to be eligible to bid. Should the total amount due exceed the security deposit, the successful bidder will likewise be asked to pay the balance online via the Auction House’s website. COLLECTION OF LOTS Collection of lots from the Auction House is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. No collection is possible during the sale. The Auction House does not arrange for items to be dispatched.
