By placing a bid, you undertake to honour it if you are declared the successful bidder for the lot.
We therefore urge you to carefully review the vehicle description, photographs, condition, available documentation and terms and conditions of sale before placing a bid.
The successful bidder is obliged to pay the hammer price and any applicable fees. A request for cancellation made after the auction has concluded cannot, in itself, invalidate the sale.
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 11° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded at a public auction.
In the event of non-payment by the successful bidder, the provisions of Article L.321-14 of the Commercial Code may apply, in particular regarding the re-auctioning of the lot and damages.

Vehicles may be viewed on request and by appointment:

from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
A prior inspection of the vehicles is strongly recommended. It allows bidders to examine the vehicles in person and form their own assessment of their condition before placing a bid.
Vehicles are sold as seen at the time of sale. We invite you to carefully review the descriptions, photographs and any comments or documents included on each lot sheet.
