A tall, cylindrical goblet (Stopa) resting on a vermeil pedestal weighing 84 zolotniks (875 thousandths), with a projecting lower band, decorated with nielloed foliage scrolls within a frieze adorned with two medallions depicting buildings in Saint Petersburg (the Alexander Column and Falconet’s statue of Peter the Great).
