Set of a Grand Officer of the Order of Saint Charles, founded in 1853:
Gold Officer’s Cross, linked, with two-part centres; ribbon with rosette; width 40 mm, height 65 mm, gross weight 20.16 g.
Silver plaque with diamond-tipped points, hallmarked with a boar’s head, surmountedby the gold Cross of Saint Charles, enamelled; on the reverse, two hooks and a folding pin; diameter 92 mm, gross weight 100.08 g.
The set is presented in a shaped morocco leather case bearing the monogram of Albert II, from the firm: ‘BRONFORT MONACO’.
