*Sword of the King’s bodyguard, 1814/1815, silver-plated brass hilt of the standard design, decorated with braiding, oval pommel, shaft entirely in silver filigree; blade with a triangular cross-section, blued and gilded to one-third of its length, signed on the heel: ‘I S L E’, in practically new condition; leather scabbard, two silver-plated brass fittings; length 104 cm.
(Minor repair to the leather at the tip).
