Description
GERMANY 1933–1945 - An intriguing SCHIRMMUTZE CAP belonging to a POLITISCHE LEITER of the NSDAP, or perhaps a VETERAN’S KLAPPMUTZE?, made of beige ribbed cloth, featuring a large 1934-model party eagle in aluminium, a metal cockade in the colours of the Reich, a thin black patent leather chin strap – probably added later – with small black lacquered buttons, a visor in fine black leather, a yellow satin lining (showing wear) and a mica diamond, a fawn-coloured leather sweatband; no guarantee; BE/TBE.
