A pair of large, finely chiselled and gilded bronze candlesticks. Each consists of a fluted baluster shaft decorated with acanthus leaves, supporting a wide bowl. The whole rests on a tripod base with lion’s paws, embellished with garlands of oak leaves and friezes.
