Gilded copper alloy Height 18.5 cm
Classical representation of Amitayus richly adorned and crowned,
seated in vajrasana on a rectangular architectural base, hands in dhyana mudra
dhyana mudra that originally held the vase containing the liquor of immortality
of immortality (Amrita). It was originally leaning against

This sculpture is part of a well-known body of work produced
during the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795).
