Sainte Radegonde Pottery. Flared bowl on a small, ringed ceramic pedestal; the inside and outside of the body are covered with a nuanced green glaze featuring marbled effects and speckles of black resulting from the firing process, a characteristic effect of so-called ‘speckled’ or ‘crackled’ glazes ’; the rim is decorated with a continuous frieze of small fluted motifs in cream-coloured ceramic, alternating in a continuous pattern around the entire circumference.
