CALICE and its silver PATEN in the medieval style
The CALICE: the circular base engraved with a cross, the knot with protruding ribs, the shaft engraved with stylised foliage, the plain bowl. The inside of the bowl is in vermeil.
The silver-gilt PEDESTAL engraved with the Chrism surrounded by the Alpha and Omega.
Marks of the Parisian master silversmith Maurice POUSSIELGUE-RUSAND.
Minerve hallmark. Number engraved below the foot of the chalice "48646".
