A Chinese famille rose ‘faux-bois’ porcelain tea bowl and saucer. Decorated with three roundels depicting flowers in a garden setting, all in reserve on a faux-bois ground. Qianlong period. 18th century. Cup, diameter: 5.5 cm, height: 3.1 cm. Saucer, diameter: 9.8 cm. The cup has tiny chips; the saucer has chips and a hairline crack. (UV-checked).
