A large Imari enamelled porcelain pot pourri decorated with flowers and lotus blossoms, the borders with swastika friezes and floral reserves. The Louis XVI style gilt bronze mounting rests on four claw feet with acanthus brackets and joined by pearls and trimmings. The lid is in the shape of a pine cone.
18th century for the porcelain and 19th century for the mounting.
