Comic books, mangas and comics: originals and rare editions

Comic books, mangas and comics: originals and rare editions.

Albums, original plates and old editions of European comics, collectible manga and vintage comics, sought after for their rarity, state of preservation or historical value. The items on offer include first editions, original editions, numbered albums, signed plates and vintage merchandise. Fans of Franco-Belgian comics will find rare editions of cult titles such as Tintin (Casterman original edition), Asterix the Gaul, Blake and Mortimer, Spirou and Fantasio from the Franquin era, Valérian, Blueberry and Corto Maltese. Manga collectors will be interested in series such as Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy, La Rose de Versailles, Lone Wolf and Cub, and the first French editions of Ken le Survivant and Goldorak. For American comics, auctions may include vintage issues of Superman, Batman (40s-60s), Fantastic Four, Daredevil, or first editions by Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko or Frank Miller. This is a category dedicated to ninth-art enthusiasts, where graphic heritage, narrative heritage and items sought after by discerning collectors come together.
