Grenoble, France A pair of silver torches, the circular moulded base with a doucine, the umbilicus engraved with a coat of arms topped by a marquis's crown (Bernon family), the triangular shaft with canted sides, the circular tap with rings and plates. Grenoble, letter dated V?, 1735-1737, Master-smith: Michel Millerand père received master in 1695. H. 24 cm, Wt: 670 and 664 g. Total weight: 1,334 g. Bumped bases and shaft to be straightened. Two antique silver bobèches, Cygne hallmarked. Weight: 46 g. Shocked. Weight of the 4 pieces: 1 380 g.
