CYLINDER DESK in mahogany and mahogany veneer with inlaid brass fillets, opening via a stepped section with three drawers; a cylinder revealing a recess, three drawers and a sliding tray lined with green leather and fitted with iron fittings, a belt-style drawer resting on four tapered, fluted legs, ending in spindle feet. Red marble top surrounded by an openwork brass moulding. Louis XVI style. Dimensions: 114.5 x 90 x 50.5 cm. One key. Brass mouldings have come away and some parts need reattaching.
