Lucien-Victor DELPY (1898–1967), “Rue du Morbihan – Lorient”, unsigned oil on canvas. 92 x 73 cm. We would like to thank Mrs Marine Delpy, the painter’s daughter, who has confirmed the authenticity of this work. It depicts a view of Lorient from the “Plein-Ciel” block – the 13th floor of the painter’s flat. It dates from the end of his life. Provenance: Estate sale of 8 July 2006. This painting is reproduced in colour on page 13 of the catalogue, lot 200. Unsigned
