Clock decorated with a vase of flowers, garlands, foliage and a ribbon bow, flanked by two young women in antique style with cupids. A gilded bronze frieze decorated with cupids, musicians and interlacing garlands of foliage and flowers. It rests on six gilded bronze spindle-shaped feet decorated with water leaves. A pair of gilded bronze candelabra with three light arms, centred on a fire pot framed by garlands of foliage. The round base is adorned with clasped foliage and rests on a round alabaster plinth. The clock’s movement is signed Raingo Frères. Dial decorated with garlands of flowers. Missing parts and chips. Marked: Samuel Marti, Paris 1900 gold medal. Louis XVI style.
