(Episcopal?) brooch in 18K yellow gold (750/oo) in the shape of a teardrop-shaped Latin cross, with openwork scrollwork and a border of grain pattern, set with a large amethyst cabochon (slight traces of tin solder on the reverse) adorned with a gold Chi-Rho.
