Set of SIX SANTONS: the Priest & his Sacristan, two parishioners, a beggar and the Wise Man
Markings: ‘S.Jouglas’, on the base for the priest, the sacristan and the parishioner in black lace; the parishioner in an ecru lace camail bears an intaglio stamp;
same for the Magi: MCHAVE/AUBAGNE, the family who founded the Chave workshop
Two chipped plinths for the sacristan and the beggar woman; the latter is unmarked.

Made of terracotta, dressed; from an old collection, with wear and missing parts on the costumes, sold as is
