A substantial ‘barrel’ ring in platinum (min. 800) set with a step-cut sapphire (chips and scratches), surrounded and flanked by brilliant-cut and baguette-cut diamonds. Circa 1930–35. Altered, knocks, some baguette-cut diamonds missing and two requiring re-setting. Ring size: 54 (traces of resizing). Motif dimensions: 2.6 x 1.3 cm. Gross weight: 13.8 g.
