Tilting wristwatch in 18K (750 thousandths) gold and steel, for the fixed case, "PATENT ACIER INOX" on the back, numbered 253, for the tilting case in 18K (750 thousandths) gold, opaline dial, four applied gold edging at the corners, hour markers with applied gold Arabic numerals, gold hands, "REVERSO" and "SWISS". Case back in 18K (750 thousandths) gold, engraved MD monogram on the back in black enamel, "BREVETE SGDG BREV DEP DIV PAYS PATENTS APPL FOR" inside, numbered 253, made by Wenger, A. & E. (hallmarked clé de Genève 1). Hand-wound mechanical movement signed LISICA, numbered 7643, with the words "US PAT". Gilt metal bracelet with ladder clasp.
