CONVERTIBLE NECKLACE in silver (800/1000) lined with 18K rose gold (750/1000), featuring an elegant 19th-century motif centred on a wild rose, flanked by scrolls and two daisies. The entire piece is set with old-cut and Antwerp-cut diamonds. The necklace is re-mounted on a rear choker in chain maille, featuring a cylindrical ratchet clasp with a safety chain, in 18K white gold (750/1000). The central rose can be converted into two pendants or a brooch. Numbering on one of the pendant settings. French work, late 19th century. Eagle-head hallmarks and various master’s marks, partially legible on two removable elements, which were probably added later. Presented in a green morocco case with a beige silk and velvet lining. Weight of the central diamond: approx. 0.70 ct. Necklace length: 50.5 cm – Gross weight: 62.79 g (missing parts)
