Lucien GAILLARD (1861–1942). Art Nouveau period. Erotic pendant with double-sided decoration in 925‰ silver depicting a romantic interlude, a stylised opal cabochon as the centrepiece and two animated dancers flanking it, their sinuous bodies modelled on the subject, with a radiating motif at the centre; the whole held in place by an articulated pendant set with a pear-shaped opal. Signed, master’s hallmark. Gross weight: 3.8 g; height: 5.3 cm.
