Théodore RIVIERE (1857–1912) for the Sèvres National Porcelain Manufactory. Phryne. An Art Nouveau figure in biscuit porcelain depicting the famous young Greek woman covering her face whilst being accused. Signed in relief on the pedestal, bearing the double stamp of the Sèvres Manufactory and dated 1909. Height: 34 cm. In perfect condition.
