A romantic clock in chiselled, gilded and patinated bronze, depicting a seated young girl holding a nest with a bird in her right hand and fruit in her left. The dial has a grey guilloché background and Roman numerals. Hanging by a wire; with its winding key and pendulum (the movement requires servicing but appears to be in working order). Restoration period, circa 1830. Total height: 39 cm. One foot at the back needs reattaching, and the fixings on the figure need to be checked.
