Colt – Late Model New Army & Navy Manufactured in 1904 – Serial number 230XXX – .38 calibre A double-action revolver from a late production run. Beautiful original patina, nearly 100 per cent intact, with bluish highlights on the hammer. The markings are perfect, standard and deeply engraved. The mechanism is in excellent condition, both in single and double action, with no play or backlash. The barrel opens and the cartridges extract perfectly. The grip panels are original and in excellent condition, with a small engraving beneath the left-hand one (DCM). The barrel is mirror-polished, with perfect rifling: 10/10. The firearm is supplied with its Saint-Étienne classification certificate, categorised as Category D.
