2008 COLD HOUR Swatch Irony Retrograde Chrono (YRS403) The COLD HOUR model is part of the extremely rare Retrograde Irony Chrono series. Swatch has broken new ground here, as no other Swatch watch had ever used retrograde technology before. The chronograph on these models operates solely in semicircular segments and returns to the start once the final position (semicircle) is reached (this function is known as retrograde). The chronograph is not stopped; the hands simply restart rather than completing their rotation. Reading the chronograph may seem unusual at first, but the function itself is very interesting. This watch, dating from 2008, features a stainless steel case and a high-quality leather strap, although this is not the original one (blue leather instead of the original brown leather). The watch has been worn but is in perfect condition.
