2019 THE JOE TILSON VENETIAN WATCH – Limited Edition Swatch New Gent Artist Special (SUOZ312S) A rare limited edition, numbered 1721/2019 on the packaging and on the back of the case The Swatch New Gent, THE JOE TILSON VENETIAN WATCH, was created for the 58th Venice Art Biennale. Limited to 2,019 pieces worldwide, this special edition was designed by the British painter and graphic designer Joe Tilson. His work ‘Les Pierres de Venise Contarini’ inspired the world’s smallest canvas. It expresses Tilson’s love for Venice, a city he has visited time and again for over 60 years and knows like the back of his hand. The white dial is adorned with black numerals (3, 6, 9 and 12), silver-coloured hands and a red seconds hand. The white silicone strap is printed with the movement’s colourful cubic pattern.
