2024 OCEAN OF STORMS OCEAN OF STORMS SO35B400 Blancpain X Swatch Brand new, never worn, in its original box. This Blancpain X Swatch watch pays tribute to Blancpain’s Fifty Fathoms, the first true diving watch. Its black crown and case are made from bioceramic. The word ‘Swatch’ appears on the outer left side of the case. The dial has a black sunburst finish and a date window between 4 and 5 o’clock. The hour markers, hour and minute hands, and the scale on the bezel are coated with Super-LumiNova® Grade A for exceptional readability in the dark. The watch features a black bioceramic unidirectional rotating bezel and bio-based crystal. The SISTEM51 mechanical movement is visible through a transparent sapphire crystal and features a digitally printed illustration of the Oceanus Procellarum (Ocean of Storms) and the Okenia Luna nudibranch. Five inspiring inscriptions appear on the back of the watch: PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE and IMMERSE YOURSELF. The NATO strap is made from recycled fishing nets. The pin buckle and lugs are made from bioceramic. Named Swatch x Blancpain Ocean of Storms, it refers to Oceanus Procellarum, a sea located to the west of the visible side of the moon.
