ARMAN (1928–2005) “Melting Pot”, 1999 Evening gown and stole by Couture Helenbeck, with painting One-off piece Created for the “Modern Art Couture” fashion show on 10 December 1999 at the Ferrero Gallery in Nice, based on a novel concept explained by Ben: “A painting isn’t necessarily something you hang on the wall; you can also wear it.” The painting becomes wearable.
