corner binding. Green and beige marbled cardboard imitating
snakeskin. Title embossed in gold on the front cover, with a
brown fabric cord. A fine copy comprising a series of 10
nude photographs taken by an unidentified photographer
10 period silver gelatine prints glued to the reverse of 10
cardboard boards.
Prints (front): 16 x 20.5 cm, mounts (reverse): 25 x 31 cm
The title brings to mind a photograph by Man Ray, ‘Noire et
Blanche’, which appeared in *Vogue* in 1926 featuring Kiki de Montparnasse.
