18th century French school, follower of Jean-Marc NATTIER (Paris 1685-1766). Presumed portrait of Marianne Pellerin de Plainville, Madame de La Porte (1714-1763). Pastel and shading on blue paper stretched over canvas. Annotated on the reverse of the frame "Madame de la Porte". (Small stains.) Height 60 cm; Width: 48.5 cm. There is another portrait of Madame de la Porte by Nattier, dated 1752 and kept in Lisbon at the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum.
