Louis MAJORELLE (1859–1926) A music cabinet, known as a collector’s cabinet, made of walnut and fruit woods, decorated with marquetry depicting stylised flowers and wisteria branches; the upper section opens via a glazed flap, and features a drawer, a door and panels forming compartments. Signed in the bottom right-hand corner and dated to the Art Nouveau period.
