Description
Jean-Claude NOVARO (1943–2015) A glass bowl made from colourless, phosphorescent and luminescent blown glass, with a slightly pink-tinted rim. Signed and dated ‘2007’ on the underside. Height: 13.5 cm – Diameter: 21 cm Note: After extensive research, Novaro developed a type of glass into which he incorporated phosphorescent powders and oxides. The principle is that the material absorbs light and then gradually releases it in the dark.
