Description
MAISON LELEU JULES & ANDRE LELEU (1883–1961) & (1907–1995) Interlacing and stylised flower motif Side table in sycamore veneer and marquetry. The cylindrical shaft, adorned with a band of gilded brass at the base, rests on a tripod base; each leg is fitted with a wide brass footplate. The circular top, featuring a radiating marquetry design, bears the signature motif in brass and pewter inlay. 1950s. Showing signs of wear, with stains on the top and scattered veneer lifts.
