STUNNING PAIR OF BYZANTINE OPENWORK GOLD EARRINGS WITH CROSS.

A matched pair of gold earrings, each with a crescentic openwork pendant suspended from a rounded wire and framed by a curved rim enclosing a central beaded roundel pierced by a cross-in-circle, flanked by peacocks; the perimeter set with applied hollow bosses.
