A pair of sculptures of men wearing laurel wreaths, carved and polychromed wood, 17th/18th century. Carved and polychromed wood (possibly limewood), gesso and gilding. Two male figures depicted to the waist, with moustaches, curly hair and laurel wreaths. Dressed in Roman armour with foliate decoration and partially gilded drapery over the shoulders. Hollowed out at the back, one figure with a wooden back panel. 17th/18th century. (26 x 35 x 15 cm) Condition Report: The absence of a condition report does not imply a perfect item.
