This centrepiece/fruit bowl, created in 1972, forms part of the ‘Indian Memory’ series designed by Ettore Sottsass. Having taken an interest in ceramics as early as the 1950s, the Italian designer used the medium to reimagine everyday objects in original and highly modern forms. The series was originally produced by Anthology, before being taken over by Alessio Sarri.
