BOUQUINISTE (Bulletin du), published by Auguste Aubry. Paris, 1857–1881. 24 volumes, midnight-blue half-shagreen, spined with faux raised bands, gilded and embossed fillets. (Contemporary binding). A collector’s set from the first to the 25th year. The two volumes comprising 1857 are in cardboard bindings. The year 1878 is missing. A fine copy, very rare in uniform binding (apart from the first year).
