(*) LOUIS VUITTON. A very fine “Tambour Chronograph LV277” wristwatch: Ref. Q1142. Round steel case (approx. 41.5 mm). Beige and silver-coloured dial, applied Arabic numerals and hour markers, minute track. Sub-dials for the small seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph functions. Date window at 4.30, yellow central seconds hand. Louis Vuitton signature on the side of the case. LV 277 self-winding mechanical movement (based on the famous Zenith El Primero), visible through a sapphire crystal caseback. Brown leather strap with a Louis Vuitton steel folding clasp. Wrist circumference: approx. 18 cm. In good overall condition, with a few minor marks. No presentation box or papers. Sporty and elegant. The key feature of this model lies in its movement. As both Louis Vuitton and Zenith are part of the LVMH group, Vuitton has fitted this model with the LV 277 calibre, which is directly based on the legendary Zenith El Primero automatic chronograph movement.
