Set of three facsimiles produced by Lucien Mazenod based on copies held by the Bibliothèque nationale de France: - A complete facsimile of one of the three known copies of the first edition of François Villon’s *Grand et Petit Testament*, *Jargon* and *Ballades*, printed in Paris in 1489. Paris, L. Mazenod, 1957. Bound in green sheepskin with a smooth spine and a red felt slipcase, with an inner pocket for the accompanying booklet. Limited edition of 5,000 numbered copies; this is one of the non-commercial copies, containing a typewritten article due to appear in the March 1958 issue of *The Library*. Spine sun-faded, other minor defects. - A complete facsimile of one of the three known copies of the first edition of François Villon’s *Grand et Petit Testament*, *Jargon* and *Ballades*, printed in Paris in 1489. Paris, L. Mazenod, 1957. Bound in cold-stamped vellum with a smooth spine and a red felt slipcase, with an inner pocket for the accompanying booklet. Limited edition of 5,000 numbered copies; this is one of 200 numbered copies from the first print run, featuring press cuttings and handwritten letters relating to this edition. Minor imperfections. - Complete facsimile of one of the three copies held at the Bibliothèque nationale of *Les Songes drolatiques de Pantagruel*. Paris, L. Mazenod, 1959. Bound in blue embossed sheepskin with a smooth spine and a red felt slipcase, with the accompanying booklet. Limited edition of 3,000 numbered copies; this is one of the deluxe numbered copies.
