Pierre Robert CHRISTOPHE (1880–1971) Bust of a young girl with plaits. Bronze with a brown-black patina, signed in relief. Mark of the foundry Susse Fes Ed (Susse Frères Editeur), Paris. Height: 47 cm. A pupil of the sculptor Georges Gardet, Christophe is remembered as a great animal sculptor.
