A ‘The GIBSON’ mandolin, bearing its original label affixed to the inside and on the back, made in the USA,
no. 125832, ‘FON’ number stamped on the back: 45042, model F12, made circa 1977, Sunburst finish. Back and sides re-varnished; purfling on the back restored; colour and varnish reapplied to the sides and back following wear and tear and the replacement of the purfling. Signs of wear, minor impact marks, small crack on the back. In very good playing condition, strung and ready to play. Comes in a non-original case.
