Cello bow by Charles-Nicolas BAZIN, "TUBBS" model, made around 1895, signed "G.Mougenot", in pernambuco wood, pre-convention 2007, silver mounted. 75g8, without wick and fine fittings. Slight wear on the back thumb. Good condition. Presented in the book "Les archetiers de la famille Bazin (1824-1987)" page 185, n°71. Good condition. This instrument is more than 100 years old (EORD-CGZ-1559)
This bow is accompanied on request by a certificate of authenticity from the Cabinet d'Archetiers Experts Jf Raffin Successeurs.
